Every year, the Association For Service Management International (AFSMI) hosts a special night for CEO's and Senior Executives from all walks of Australian industry. Dr Suter's keynote presentation, titled; "The New Frontier: The Current State of the Economy and likely recovery - Leaderless Society - Preparing Australia for the new technological era" will explore the current state of the economy and likely recovery, developments in society and technology and look at some of the key questions of:-
