The World Clock Of Everything.

If you want to get your hands on some world facts we recomend poodwaddle's World Clock. Sit and watch for a minute or so and you will see the world population increase, energy production soaring and U.S identity theft rise at quite an alarming rate. Other interesting stats highlight global illness rates, carbon dioxide emissions, food production and the US national debt. Something that caught my eye is the fact that there seems to be two bicycles for every 1 auto manufactured per second - much higher than I had realized. Hop onto the world clock here!
As a follow on from this site you may be interested in an archive article from 1998. Keith reviewed the work of the World Watch Institute in his piece :Are we getting the right statistics" - Take a look at the report here and decide for yourself!
Our clock is from Sydneys Queen Victoria Building.
