Bad Money is Kevin's latest book chronicaling the downward spiral of American capitalism. In the book Phillips chronicals the Bush era's economic management. With fiscal policy based on Christian Fundamentalism where the prosperity gospel rules, you would be forgiven for thinking that this book was fictional, If only that were the case. Phillips also reviews the decision to tie the US dollar to the price of oil and the effect that this has had in the middle east. Phillips has penned fourteen books on the subject of American capitalism - the timing of this one being a perfect backdrop to the Global Financial Crisis. An entertaining and informative read.
